What is Strength and Conditioning

These workouts mix weightlifting, bodyweight moves, and conditioning. They build strength, fitness, endurance, and mobility so you move better, feel stronger, and gain confidence in daily life and sports.

What to expect at an S&C class?

Each class starts with a warm-up to get you moving and ready, focusing on the muscles and joints you’ll use. Next is a skill or prep segment with technique, progressions, or drills to support the workout. The main part is a functional workout to build strength, endurance, and resilience with varied movements and equipment. Some classes include a dedicated strength or power block (Olympic lifts, squats, deadlifts, presses); others blend strength and conditioning into one session. Every session is scalable for all levels and gives you practical, lasting fitness.

What is Olympic Weightlifting

Weightlifting, or Olympic lifting, centers on two moves: the Snatch and the Clean & Jerk. It builds full-body strength, power, coordination, mobility, and control. It also improves body awareness, speed, stability, focus, and confidence.

What to expect at an OLY class?

A typical weightlifting session starts with mobility work to spot tight or limited areas that affect lifting. Next comes stability work to activate muscles that keep strong positions from head to toe. Then we teach the technical parts of the Clean & Jerk or Snatch, breaking the lifts down before practicing variations or the full lift. The rest of the session focuses on assistance exercises such as back or front squats, deadlift variations, and presses to build strength for the main lifts. Accessory work targets smaller muscles and improves movement patterns, making you stronger and more efficient. Every session is scalable for all levels and gives you what you need to build real strength, skill, and confidence beyond the gym.
